FAQ
Do I need a WordPress site to use it?
No. Sign up in the panel with your mobile number, make the bot an admin of your channel, verify the channel with a six-digit code and send from the “Send message” page. No site, plugin or coding needed. The WordPress plugin is for WooCommerce stores that want their products posted to their channels automatically.
What can I send?
Text only; text with up to 10 images (JPG, PNG, WebP), which become one album on Telegram and Bale; or text with one file of any type (PDF, ZIP, Excel …), one music track (MP3 or M4A, with a player) or one video (MP4, with a player). Attachments can be up to 30 MB. Text can be up to 4,096 characters; up to 1,024 characters sit under the attachment as its caption, and longer text is sent separately after it.
Do I have to build a bot?
No. The bots belong to the service; you only make the bot we show you an admin of your channel. If you would rather use your own bot, that works too — tell us and we will set it up for you.
Do the panel and the plugin work together?
Yes — one account, one subscription and one quota. You enter the connection key from the panel home page into the plugin, and from then on channels, sends and reports are shared. The plugin also has a “Send message” tab, so you can send free-form messages with files and music from the WordPress dashboard too.
My site’s server cannot reach Telegram. Is that a problem?
No. Your site only talks to the CanalYar server, and the rest of the way goes from there. That is exactly why stores hosted on Iranian servers work without a proxy. The web panel is the same: our server reaches Telegram, not you.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your account, verified channels and settings (in the plugin: post template and send queue) stay where they are; only new sends stop until you renew. You also get an SMS reminder one week and one day before it ends. Posts waiting in the plugin’s queue are not lost and continue after you renew.
How exactly is the quota counted?
Each message or post in each channel is one unit, whether you send it from the panel or the plugin, and however many images or files it carries. One message to three channels is three units. Counting follows the Iranian (solar) calendar month and resets at the start of each month. Automatic price edits of posts do not use quota.
Can I delete a message I sent?
Yes, from the channel itself like any other message. The result of each send, channel by channel, appears right away on the same page, and every send is logged under “Reports” in the panel.
In the plugin, can I change a product post’s text before sending?
Yes. The generated text can be edited in the send window, and the overall template can be changed in the “Post template” tab.
Do I have to send every product by hand?
No. Turn on “Auto-send” in the plugin’s Channels tab, and every product published for the first time goes out by itself — or joins the send queue and is posted at intervals. If you publish or import several products at once, they are spaced apart so the channel is not flooded.
Can I schedule a post for a specific time?
In the plugin, yes: in the send window set “Send time” to “At a specific time” and pick a day (up to 30 days ahead) and a time; or press “Add to queue” so it goes in its turn at the interval you chose. Everything is listed in the “Send queue” tab, where it can be moved up or removed. Messages from the web panel are currently published immediately.
If a product’s price changes, what happens to the channel post?
It is edited automatically: only the price in the text changes and the rest stays the same. The start and end of a sale work the same way. When a product sells out, an “Out of stock” label is added to the top of the post, or the post is deleted if you prefer. This applies to posts sent with plugin version 1.8 or later and does not use quota.
Does Rubika send photo albums too?
Rubika has no albums. A message you send from the panel with several images goes to Rubika as several posts in a row, with the text on the first. For product posts, only the main image goes with the text by default, and there is an option to send the others too. Telegram and Bale always put them all in one album.
I have several sites or several sets of channels. Is one account enough?
Yes. Each site has its own key, subscription and channels, because the quota and verified channels are tied to the key — but they all live under one account. Press “+ Site” in the panel and switch between them.
I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
On the panel’s purchase page, next to the order summary. The discount is applied after the multi-month discount and before tax, and is shown separately on the invoice. If you came through a referral link, your first-purchase discount is applied automatically.
